Dr. Mark Steinberg, PhD

Licensed Psychologist, expert in neuropsychology and Voice Technology

Dr. Steinberg, is a licensed psychologist and licensed educational psychologist with over four decades of experience in clinical, educational, and neuropsychology. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Steinberg has performed more than 150,000 evaluation and treatment procedures, helping children, adolescents, and adults overcome a wide range of challenges. His areas of expertise include attention and mood disorders (including anxiety, depression, and stress), trauma healing, behavioral issues, family and communication dynamics, developmental disabilities, educational difficulties, addiction, habit change, and neurological conditions such as headaches, seizures, and sleep disorders. Dr. Steinberg has also worked extensively with Silicon Valley Founders, CEOs and Executives, helping them achieve peak performance, reduce stress, and improve their focus and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments. Known for his innovative approach, Dr. Steinberg integrates the latest technological advancements with traditional psychological methods to deliver lasting results. He is a pioneer in the use of EEG neurofeedback, Voice Technology (VT) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT), all of which allow for rapid and effective treatment of negative emotions. Dr. Steinberg has made numerous TV appearances on ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX, where he has shared his insights on mental health, behavior, and strategies for living a more productive and fulfilling life. Consulted as a medical expert by NBC, he has won local and statewide awards. He has taught graduate school at Cal State University, Northridge, and National University. With over 48 years of experience, Dr. Steinberg is committed to improving brain function, relieving symptoms, and promoting personal growth, positive outlooks, and relational skills. He blends cutting-edge treatment techniques with a compassionate, holistic approach, helping individuals achieve better functioning and overcome long-standing challenges to live happier and more productive lives.

Dr. Valeria Galetto, PhD

Guided Meditation Instructor

Valeria is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher from the University of Massachusetts. She regularly teaches mindfulness at the University of California San Francisco—both at the Helen Diller Cancer Center and the Osher Center for Integrative Health—and at the University of Wisconsin Health. Her classes include Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery, MBSR, and Mindfulness for Healing Chronic Pain—a five-session class that integrates cutting-edge neuroscience with millennia-old mindfulness practices. Valeria also teaches at the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies. She serves as a facilitating teacher for Bhikkhu Anālayo’s Satipaṭṭhāna Meditation program and will begin facilitating his Mindfulness of Breathing program in the summer of 2025. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the College of Nursing at Samuel Merritt University, where she teaches a 3-credit course on MBSR and the Neuroscience of Change. In addition to teaching these programs and classes, Valeria has developed and delivered a wide range of mindfulness-based courses and training programs. She has also led silent meditation retreats in both English and Spanish, in the US and abroad, for universities, businesses, and non-profit organizations. Valeria has more than ten years of experience as a coach, mentor, and consultant to individuals and organizations through Samma Sati, an organization dedicated to thestudy, teaching, practice, and dissemination of mindfulness, which she founded in 2016.

Pudji Lestari

Yoga Instructor

Pudji is a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga with adults, fostering a holistic connection between the body, mind, and spirit. Pudji guides students in discovering their personal yoga sanctuary, encouraging self-exploration and a deep love for the practice. Her yoga journey began in a small apartment, a space that sparked her inner exploration and led her to a profound commitment to teaching. The philosophy behind her teaching is embodied in the concept of "Bilik," an Indonesian term meaning "room," which represents the cultivation of a personal inner space where yoga can flourish and tranquility can reside. Pudji’s teachings span a wide range of styles, including Hatha Intro to Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow. Her approach emphasizes mindful movement, Pranayama breathing, and proper alignment to support students at all levels in their yoga practice.Pudji holds a 500-hour Yoga Alliance Certification from The Mindful Body San Francisco and is trained in the Jason Crandell Yoga Method. She has completed over 800 hours of yoga training, including Ashtanga Yoga under the guidance of Diana Christinson. She is the founder of Bilik Yoga in San Francisco.

Suzanne Renee Smith

Sound Healer

Suzanne Renee Smith, The Celestial Voice, has been working with sound as a healing medium since 2008 in Vienna Austria where she lived and worked as a professional singer, musician, song and copy writer, voice over talent for radio and TV commercials and vocal instructor, from 1990 to 2009. In 2007, prompted by the loss of her voice for 4 months, due to a paralyzed vocal cord she was led by the Angelic realms, in a spontaneous channeling, to rediscover, and repurpose, her voice as a conduit of healing energy beginning with her first Crystal bowl played in the Great Pyramid and temples of Egypt on a journey in 2008. After traveling around the world in 2009 & 2010, alone and to herself, for 1 year, she moved to Sebastopol, California. She has been working regularly in and around Sonoma County, as a Sound Healer, predominantly, since 2016. She has led Sound Baths at IONS the Institute of Noetic Sciences, Osmosis Sanctuary, the San Francisco Botanical Gardens and for Corporate retreats under the Redwoods in Yosemite and Armstrong Woods, CA.
